John Thomas was great to work with on buying our home in Athens. He made us feel like we were family. We searched 3 counties for a new home. We needed a larger yard for our daughter to play outside and wanted space for a garden. John helped us find the perfect cozy home for our family. John is overall exceptional at what he does! He was extremely attentive with every detail of this entire process and helped us navigate through living in a new state and finding the perfect home for our family. We had a very specific wish list for the location and home we wanted and he helped us achieve this. He was very responsive and met with us on multiple occasions to discuss inspection reports and our final walk through. The last time we met, he was on the phone for hours connecting us with the professionals we needed for repairs, house cleaning etc. We feel that John went above and beyond to help us with all of our real state needs and we are truly thankful we went through this process with him guiding us.
