Have eaten here numerous times and the service and food is always impeccable. If youre used to TexMex or Cancuns #12, this place will be a shock to your taste buds. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared and presented. I have had the Asada which eschews the normal Flank Steak heavily seasoned for a nicer and slightly thicker cut paired with an in house sauce that was excellent without killing the natural flavor of the meat. I also enjoyed their seafood enchiladas, the flavors are tough to pull of and compliment one another, but it was done to perfection. Like any new establishment, it is still getting its feet, but the service is always done with a smile and the owner Justin is always quick to mingle with the patrons. We have eaten at 5-star and Michelin rated restaurants across the world and this place stands as one of my favorites, its truly a hidden gem.

Absolutely fantastic authentic Mexican food. We've lived in Mexico and understand the flavor profile quite well. If you are looking for spicy TexMex, you won't get it here. That's just not what they serve. I had the pollo mole, and the wife had the carnitas. Both were properly seasoned, and perfectly prepared. The plantains that came with my pollo were probably the best plantains I've ever had. They had a level of caramelization that I've not had in other restaurants. So, so very good. The Chef/Owner, Justin, stopped by our table twice to check on us. Very personable, and really enjoyed the conversation. This town was in dire need of a great authentic restaurant, and we finally have one. We will definitely be back...again, and again.

Had the pleasure of meeting chef Justin today. My husband and I went to Valentines Day dinner with a set menu. The menu included a starter, entree, and dessert per person.
I had the street corn and husband enjoyed the Guacamole: the Guacamole reminded me of when I lived in Southern California. It was tangy and delicious! But when I tell you that I wanted to INHALE that street cornI almost forgot that I was on a date and it took everything in me to actually put my food down and enjoy conversation.
The asada was hands down delicious. Again, Chef Justins chipotle sauce was beautifully crafted. Everything on the plate was there with intention. I dont think Ive eaten this well in Huntsville, ever.
Im also not one to usually get dessert. We had churros and tres leches. Some of the best sweet bites ever. Id go back for coffee and tres leches every day if I could.
My favorite part after the meal was that nothing felt heavy. It speaks to the quality of the food.
This foodie is impressed. Well done, chef. We cant wait to be back to try more.
