Quality Inn Downtown Historic District

Tenisha at the front desk is the only reason im giving a three star rating. I was there for the Springfling concert April 5-7. It took us 4 room changes to get a decent room. The first room 326 had stains in the bed and had not been swept or dust in months. We got moved to a new room same floor it was so much buildup on the tub it was ridiculous. Went thru two more room and finally landed a somewhat decent one(104). My brother in law out on the balacony and the railing was so loose he almost fell. This hotel needs some serious updated do not let these pictures fool you. Its not what it looks like. Whoever owns this hotel needs to fined for the way it really looks. No ice machine worked. Where the pipes were in the closet it was so many towels wrap around them it was crazy. The location is fine the hampton inn across the street does have a club upstairs plus other activties in the area. Will i stay again NO!! Dont you stay either!!

Trust me, stay anywhere else. The workers here were great and extremely friendly but theres only so much they could do with a trash establishment. The door barely worked. The furniture had holes, the breakfast was borderline empty both mornings. Oh and a rat got into some snacks we brought and woke us up in our room :) Everywhere outside mobile is better especially daphne. The only positive thing I can say is still that the front desk employees were extremely friendly and helpful. But its not worth staying here for, theres literal rats

It's not fancy, but has good character and very nice staff. Rooms need updated but overall good value and close to great restaurants and the cruise port. Offers paid cruise parking in a pretty secure location. I would stay again mainly for the great location.
