I just moved into my apartment It was pretty easy to speak to someone about getting internet, in fact they actually would email me and make sure everything was figured out. I always got in contact with my sales rep, until the saturday the AT&T guy came out and installed my internet just for it not to work AND to find out I was signed up for cable which I told him not to install because I dont want/need it. I called up and asked for my rep (Morgan) and go figure, I couldnt get through to her. So I told the lady that answered my call my issue; that I first had cable that i didnt want but now my internet doesnt work. She ignored my problem of "internet not working" and told me that I can only stream things like netflix if I have cable included because the data will be unlimited. I REPEATEDLY told her I do not want cable and she insisted and then said "lets focus on your issue" and transferred me to tech while I was on hold for 20 mins and had to hang up because I didnt have time to wait. Needless to say, I guess I have to pay for internet I cant use because I cant get through to my rep, the front desk lady argued with me, and I was never provided with an account number so I cant speak to AT&T. At this point, I just want to cancel.
