The receptionist Stephanie is very rude. Bathrooms never have toilet paper, paper towels, or hand soap. My kids didn't tell me until they were older, how they were treated. Sad to say they started going there as toddlers and I never thought much about how my youngest would scream not to go back there because she was only about 2 and I just thought she was afraid. They do not let you past the door to the back smh. You can only look thru a small door window. My kids said they were rough, impatient and would often scrap their gums from not paying attention and moving to fast, because they don't care. When the techs come out, they are all sweet while talking with the parents but not with our babies in the back. A dentist in Texas where we moved also ask me who put metal fillings in my oldest daughters mouth and I told them Toothzone and she politely ask if she could put the white fillings in which is the standard now and I said yes. I'm sure metal is cheaper and since our kids are on Medicaid, they don't care!! Not to mention my daughter had a total of 11 cavities that she said most were old and I made sure to take them every 6 months before we moved here. Toothzone gives you their next appointment before you leave out smh. All 3 of my kids said the same thing and I was so hurt because I didn't know and didn't ask them about their visits there when they were kids!! Ask questions and pay attention to your kids!! I don't know who started this with Medicaid where when their 15 they have to go in the back by themselves at the doctor's office now, no ma'am and no Sir, it's to much going on to trust that! Some health care professionals can't be trusted either

Waited two months for my daughter to be seen and I overslept for her appointment due to overnight job i called in at 9:52 to see if they would squeeze her in if i was a tad late they just kept saying no when i was only 10 minutes away from the office i stayed on the phone going back and forth with them when they simply couldve just saw my daughter their attitudes really let me down and the lady swore i was upset with her when all i was trying to do was reason i even asked for an office manager and she acted as if she wasnt one at first until i decided to ask to speak to one again dont take your kids here guys this is the worse experience Ive had with an office it hurts my feelings to know people still act like this when you wait just to be seen for something so small

It can be hard to get an appointment and the front desk lady Step isn't the friendliest person and appears to have an attitude most of the time. On the other hand I have never had a problem with the dentist or the techs here. The service is always fast and the dentist or whomever brief you following the appointment. My kid has never complained. I will be returning .

If you are looking for an office that cares about their patients and are great with children, then this isn't the place for you. The facility is out of date, they don't have updated insurance databases. If you don't have your insurance cards available, then be prepared to not be seen. This leads me to believe the ofc doesn't stay on top of their provider contracts for their billing. A lot of grouchy dispositions from the front desk receptionists, biller, and some of the assistants. The only receptionist that was nice and empathetic was the Afro-American older lady, shes very sweet. The bathrooms do not ever have any tissue or paper towels or sanitizer even and it's rarely clean. Everything is out of date as far the facility and the parking lot if horrible, your shocks will be messed up if you're not driving a truck or SUV. They also don't "allow" you to go in the back with your children. A lot of places in AL are like this especially if they have Medicaid/Medicare/All Kids patients which is sad and prejudice.
