Kip Lowe: Allstate Insurance

I can not express the gratitude Allstate has shown me! I've only been with them in less than a year , however it feels like I've been with them forever! My first car tire got damaged by a curve I hit! I immediately called kiplowe & spoke with Michelle Foshee! Mind you I was out of town when this happened & was stranded! But Michelle calmed me & assured me that she will handle the rental car for me to get back home & she did just that! My other incident I was hit head on by another driver! Distraught again o used my kiplowe Allstate app& they handled everything from there immediately! Their motto definitely describes their work!! Thanks Allstate & Michelle Foshee! Best Insurance company I've ever had!!

Since I had my hit and run and the guys did not stay, I was not able to get any pain and suffering because they have to catch the guys first. At first they told me that I was going to be able to keep the rental for 30 days but once they deems your car totaled, then you have to turn the rental in, they are not going to give you a chance to find or buy another car, you are on your own. My medical insurance just takes care of $1000.00, after that then you are on your own. And please get the car back when you are suppose to because they will take it upon themselves and use the card that you have on file to take care of the length you had the car I am learning. Other than that everything else was fine.
