I called in to one of your places of business. I was wowed by one of your employees, not sure of the branch. Her name is Felicia Robinson!!. This lady deserves wide world recognition. First, her tone, her telephone voice was exceptional! She made me feel like family and I was only asking for an auto quote! She listened to me, gave me all the information I needed and saved me money at the same time. I speak highly of her professionalism and would gladly refer my family and friends. She handled me with care and for that I am grateful. I believe she is the Supervisor at either the McGhee rd location in Montgomery, Al Kudos Ms. Felecia!! Job well done!!!

Insurance Agent Luke Grantham and his staff are always helpful when I call or come by the office. We switched to ALFA about 4 years ago because of their excellent reputation in our area and lower rates. Luke was recommended by a friend and they were right. He is a great agent. I am completely satisfied with the service we have received not only from our locals agents staff, but also from the customer service and claims staff at the home office. We could not be more pleased!
