Looking at the past reviews, and what I experienced today, I don't see why the store is still open for business. Went to Champs 12/23/23 at 9:55 a.m, sign on the door showed store opening at 10a.m. There was a line of people waiting. We waited until 10:22 before we ever saw a worker inside the store, who finally let us in. Customer service was terrible!!! Person at the register left the security tag on the item I purchased, and I have to make an unnecessary trip back to the store to have it removed. I haven't shopped in Champs for over a year. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. There are other stores that sell the same merchandise.
