        Apartment keeps flooding due to a full septic system that they wont pump. No real people to talk to or get in contact with. My carpet has been soaked for 3 days and they havent sent anybody out to dry it or clean it yet. This is the 5th time this issue has happened.

        DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT rent from this place, the grass is never cut, the landlord calls from a blocked number, my ac has been out for two months when I was told it would be a week because the landlord was on vacation and couldnt get it done then, my neighbors floor flooded and the landlord never even knew, in his words, this business will not take time from his kids or wife ( personal life) so your needs and the apartment conditions will always come second, if not third or fourth.
