      Kassidee, we have reached out to you several times to better understand your complaint. It seems that you do not want to give us feedback but rather leave a nasty review rather than us fix it and get better. We hate you had a bad experience with one drink. Did you try reaching out to us first or you just rather leave a review and complain to get someone’s attention this way instead? You are more than welcome to reach out to us at 256-491-3728 to explain to us what was so bad. Thank you Just updating this post. A few days later Kassidee reached out to the store was very rude to our employees & demanding the owners number. Talk to the owner and was rude to them as well. Apparently Kassidee mother use to rent the spot we have our store at now and has hard feelings. She’s an accomplice with some competition we have in Florence as well. She told us she was too busy to talk to call her back. We did with no answer. We are here to give our customers what they want and to make them happy. We Thank each and every customer we have.
