My experience was horrible! First our apartment wasnt ready when we moved in and they claimed that it was a lack of communication between the agent and the apartment manager. Then when we finally moved in we discovered that it was infested with roaches. This wasnt going to work since my wife was 6 months pregnant at the time. The funny thing is that the manager tried to tell me that roaches were normal because we were in the country. It was like she was insulting my intelligence. Ive been in the country and this was not normal! There were cabinets broken as well as what seemed to be water damage in the kitchen. And lastly was the final straw of a pipe bursting from the apartment above us which ended up flooding our whole apartment. We didnt even last a month in that place. The funny thing is that when the leak happened nobody would answer the emergency work order line which made it possible for the water damage to continue to get worse and effect multiple apartment units that were next to ours. Needless to say we strongly do in recommend moving into this place.

My experience has not been good. I have been here for almost a year. Month one complaint on upstairs neighbors. Child runs thru house all summer all in to early morning. Still to this day same issue, outside of they throw trash over balcony messing up my ground area. Lets not talk about the things I smell thru the walls in my bedroom, or laundry room. Its been miserable. Office after 5 months I could not get them to control child. I still have not moved lease is up in August, debating if I'm moving to another building on 3rd floor or just leaving. I won't start on the roach issue, why do I pay for pest control and have to call weekly to get them to come out if I request I want them every week or month write that down and just send every week/month . I pay for it monthly. Also internet company Cencom. Why did you sign contract with them again? I was told my building is one with white noise so I can't get any better internet reception but I pay 50.00 since I been here for higher speed.. I called for 3 or more months about cable box still to this day I have no cable, that Included in rent
.Well today I finally met a ray of sunshine in this dark cloud. His name is Micah. He is very pleasant, friendly and seems to love his job. I hope he sticks around. So far this new staff in the office are working well together. Maybe there is hope if we can improve some
of my issues.
