Don't rent this place. If I could give it a negative 1000, I would. poorly managed. Been bought out several times. Property manager has not a clue what she is doing. In order to rent this place you have to give them a copy of your life insurance policy. I have lived a many places due to military travels and never has a renter ever asked for a copy of your life insurance policy. They want your bank statement of what is going in and out of your bank accounts. All this for an apartment in a drug infested neighborhood. Bedrooms are small. They can only fit a queen bed. If you got a king bed then you won't have any other furniture in that room. Hot mess. Houses have been raided on the same street for drugs. Unless you are desperate.....RUN AWAY.
