I paid to have some LVP laid down, after the first time they came there were many many noticeable, bumps and flaws in the LVP. I had called and they came back to fix it, but left again with many noticeable, bumps, and even parts of the flooring beginning to stick back up. Ive been trying to contact them for months trying to get my floors fixed again and have not had any of my phone calls returned. Im very disappointed in this type of service and job done. Wasted $1500. Wish I wouldve known before hiring them

A workman (from another company stepped through our ceiling late one day. Our insurance company recommended Floorworks to do the repair. Floorworks responded immediately and worked after hours on temporary repair. They worked with our insurance on estimate and timeframe. The fix was accomplished and we cant even tell where the hole was!! They did a great job!! We then hired them to replace a carpeted bedroom floor with wood. Floorworks was able to find an exact match to the other wooden floor throughout the house and did a timely, and beautiful replacement!! We will use Floorworks for additional jobs in the future!!
