Preferred Medical Group, Phenix City

I have been going to Perfered Medical for a number of years. Alexa Jones is my Dr/PA and I feel that her and I have formed a wonder Dr/ patient relationship. She is very easy to talk to and is informed on the different and sometimes difficult process of aging.

Though Dr. Mahajan has left, Dr. Kirk and Dr. Chandra are awesome. They've done so much with helping our son with healing his eczema. We hope this journey sticks good and continues to get our son a better and healthier track! Starting 2023 we noticed our youngest not meeting certain milestones and after a long journey, they helped us get a diagnosis and have kept us on track with keeping him up to par on everything and always so open and helpful. We're truly blessed with a great team!

My kids love their providers and we trust their advice. The nurses and front desk staff are always wonderful and friendly and always try to accommodate us as much as possible. We have been coming here for years and will hopefully continue for many more.
