My mother has been a resident since early February 2023. As a retired Registered Nurse I am very pleased with her community of healthcare providers at the facility. All of the staff members I have interacted with are friendly. One of the things I was most impressed with is everyone calls my 94 year old mother by her name. She is treated with dignity and respect. The perfect place to take your loved one. The staff is very friendly. The staff are receptive to texts regarding loved ones, and make sure all family members are up to date on all information.

Phenix City Health Care provides top tier health care services that you cant get anywhere else. The staff and administration are the best around and are constantly taking charge to be innovative and precise with all health care options. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for long term care for a loved one. They have truly helped my family in time of need.
