Paid for glasses and exam in November , still have no glasses. No communication. Phones are off. We ran our insurance so we can't go anywhere else using our insurance. A refund would be GREAT.

To start very nice people work there but as for service it is horrible. Been waiting 3 weeks for my $400 pair of glasses and cant even get a return call. Now I have to drive up there just to see what is going on. Please if you need your eyewear in a timely and professional manner go somewhere else. New !! Just went up there and theres a sign on the door that says closed until further notice. Looks like it is lawyer time.

Paid 200.00 co-pay for my glasses a month ago, and sign on door says closed until further notice. No one answers the phone, and messages are full. Blue cross blue shield listed them as a provide.

Honestly the people are nice and all but it ends there. They are extremely hard to get in touch with and their hours are horrible. I mean closing at 4pm during the week? No Saturday? I mean my daughter doesn't get out of school until 15:30 or off the bus until 16:00
