Make sure the clinic understands what state you live in when you visit them and they file correctly, or else you will be waiting forever for your refund! I visited in November '22 and called to find out why their claim had been denied for my visit late January '23. They filled with BCBS of AL instead of GA, which created an issue for me in many ways. They were paid their co-payment when I visited and when I called to point out their screw up in January, I asked when I would receive my over payment refund. I was told six weeks after reprocessing of my claim. You know as a patient they will not render services without payment and if they bill you, after 90 days they will send you to collections; however, if they screw up they can keep your money which you need and there's nothing you can do but sit and wait another 6-8 weeks cause their incompetent person didn't submit the refund request the first time you called, like they said they would in January. You replied on Easter that I received cheaper care than anywhere else?! Thats comical, and all the one star reviews support my claims and last time I checked the provider files insurance NOT THE PATIENT! Why dont you just send back my co-pay and stop stealing from the patients.

Just left my appointment with them, they were absolutely gentle and very kind, it was such a relief because I was very nervous, would recommend this place to anyone. They are very sweet here and the front desk was very nice as well!

Waited for an hour for a mammogram. Staff does not smile which goes to show that they do not like their jobs. A complaint was filed I do not recommend them.
