I have never been more satisfied with a contractor, ever. I questioned his 5 star review to his face. He made a believer out of me. He even noticed things like my outdated door knobs. He performed extra work for free-no nickel and diming you. I will definitely call him for other projects. Really, he's the best. I couldn't be happier with his work. Welch exceeded my highest standards. State farm paid for lower cabinets. He said he'd paint the upper cabinets to match. I hated the idea of painted cabinets until I saw welch perform his magic. He did an exception. He painted the entire downstairs. Installed flooring to downstairs. My house looks completely brand new. He installed ceiling fans, dead bolt locks, you name it and he did it. And his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend welch renovations.

Michael does exceptional work. His estimates are accurate, he listens to what you desire and recommends what he would do if he finds it to be unsafe or a better functionality. He uses quality material and is meticulous while working. He gives estimated time frames for jobs and always has exceeded and excelled with anything he has done for us. I highly recommend him for any project you have little or small. You won't be sorry.
