        Jay from CTC Landscapes gave me an estimate that I accepted, Drake was helpful, the team did a great job, polite, they worked hard on one of the hottest day of the year. We are pleased with the result of the driveway crusher run but the top soil grading was a big disappointment. The "top soil" was "dug dirt" full of large and small stones and rocks. Make sure to ask for screened top soil dirt. We were not told that we would get "dug dirt" full of stones and rocks as a top soil. We were quoted and billed for top soil.

        Would not recommend Jay or his team. Drake was the best part of the experience as he was courteous and respectful of our needs. Only time we saw Jay was when he gave us a quote. The sheer lack of respect for the yard was distasteful. The sod will grow in but still looks poor. They were planning to leave a pile of dirt and pallet of side in my front yard before having them finish laying it out. The communication was nonexistent between the different crew we had in our yard each day to which no prior needs were relayed or addressed. Service: Sod installation
