If your child has Medicaid I would suggest going to another ENT. The people here will say one thing when Medicaid says another. The Medicaid lady said for them to call them and she couldnt even take the time to call.

Had to reschedule and then cancel appointments in advanced due to a family death. It coincided with getting the deceased family members children added to my household and had to try and reschedule and cancel the next appointment at that time bc I now had an 8 year old a 4 year old my 5 year old and my 4 month old and working full time. Bc I had to reschedule and cancel those appointments (not miss them) now my kids cannot be seen by their office and they are the only ENT in jackson county and dekalb. We need a more options in this field apparently. Could literally bring court documents and the death certificate as well as court dates to show why but nope. Office policy. Literally found out today and this happened in 2022 and nothing was ever sent to me saying we were no longer being seen by this office. Very disappointed that the only option is going to be driving two counties away when my child recently developed the need for an epi-pen.
