        They sent out two brainiac plumbers that told me my insulation was full of water from mouse urine because we have such a huge rat infestation. I had the pest control company out here the next day after Mr Rooter and they were laughing because they found a single tiny mouse under the house. So basically Mr Rooter charged me $180 to stick their head in the crawl space and not do anything. I still have a leak. The employees and this entire company are worthless.

        Called to get a water heater replaced on a Saturday morning, was told it would be Monday. 24/7 service 'only applies if you have water spraying out or bad leaks' they said. Not having hot water apparently doesn't apply. Website says same price if they have to come out at night or Saturday or Sunday. Maybe so, I don't know as I couldn't get them to come out. EDIT: After I posted the above review. the owner called me. He finally got a crew out to change our water heater out Sunday after lunch.
