I have used Tax Professionals in the past and the experience was less than pleasant so I started doing my taxes on my own. The drawback is I am not an accountant and do not have time to keep up with all the changes. However, in 2024 I was listening to a "Tax Talk" discussion and the information was very informative and let me know these people know what they are talking about. My contact at the company is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful in making sure I provided all the appropriate documentation. I had no questions because my contact answered any questions before they came up. The level of professionalism and knowledge is heads above the other tax professionals I have engaged with in the past. The process was easy and I WILL DEFINATELY be a repeat customer. Thank you for making a typically stressful process a quick and painless process.

The owner didy taxes but I had questions later she went slapped crazy on me the most disrespectful, horrendous attitude I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She sent nasty text messages and a voice messages saying she does Not like to talk on the phone. Wow AN I didn't get to even ask her what I needed.
