They won't fix problems on their units. Broken appliances leaking toilets sheetrock cracking and falling.

Asked to speak with the manager months ago no response. There is a plexiglass window in my daughter room that allows all types of insects in. By the way they get in her bed so she doesnt sleep there. When I first moved in there where roaches thanks to combat gel and raid they are gone. But now as I told them months ago there is a mice problem. Please dont pay all this money to live in the slums. They care about anything but landscaping but dont care about these old apartments. Maybe there is some residents with good apartments but not mine. Even the faucets are falling apart they updated cabinets but not the faucets. Good luck and pray for a good one if you move here! Update: I wanted to say that they are working on my issues now. I respect that. Hopefully things will continue to get better. There are still some issues but as long as they are willing to repair and listen to them and not belittle my concerns as a paying tenant, we will have a great relationship. Still I believe they should focus on inside before outside.
