Whoever the shift manager is, surely isn't a business major at UA. They were cranking out orders and then came to a sudden halt. MANY orders after mine had already been given out. Like people who got here 10 minutes after me. I asked about it and was told I'm coming up next. About another 5 minutes later the person I'll assume was the shift manager yelled out to all the customers for us to chill out and wait "aight"; that our orders were coming but all spicy chicken sandwiches were behind. By this point there was 20 of us standing there and this was not lunch rush. It was 2pm. She could have handled that about 100x more professionally. I love Chick-fil-A but I think I may have found the worst one.

Giving it 1 stars is incredibly generous of me. I waited a HOUR AND A HALF for a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. About 40 minutes in I asked an employee what was up and they said they would check what was up. I didnt get my food until the manager checked and it was still 5 mins after the manager knew. Terrible service.
