The WORST customer service you can ever imagine. They can definitely use some customer service training. I understand the phones are constantly ringing during an outage but it's your job to advise your customers of the issues involved. We're paying for service.

Astonishing in incompetence. Multiple bills showing past-due amounts that have been paid but not credited. This month theres no evidence that any payment had been credited (or check deposited). Called multiple times over several days and no one answers the phone and you cant leave a message because mailbox is full. You cant check your account on-line or pay on-line so you have to mail a check to a bank and hope it gets deposited correctly. So Im now going to have to take time off work to drive to Tuskegee to see if they have receive a payment from me. If they cant find it, Im then going to have to pay them extra for a duplicate bill and drive to the bank to pay it there (they dont accept payments at the office). This is really absurd.

Absolutely the worst! Every negative comment on other reviews is the truth. The office staff is a joke and should not be employed. Been trying to get my deposit I paid them in 2015. Wasted trips to Tuskegee, lost work hours, and attempted calls at least a hundred, with no answer, lies and runaround. Getting ready to file a lien.

Moved, need water turned off. Seems if regular staff is off process is not known. Come on Tuskegee!!
