Great communication for setting up a time to get car in the shop. Had to reschedule a couple of times once because of snow removal issues, once because I was called out of town. Fair prices and quick work once finally got the car in. Going sop rates for other shops around. Great job trouble shooting a hard to diagnose electric loss. Id recommend this sop of you have time to get schedule an appointment. Limited parking so cant drop a car off over night or drop off before your appointment. For new customer little hard to figure out which door is the office. Follow the pin on Google maps which was just right. Just trust the pin location.

We have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and the heater stopped working so we took it to Dodge repair shop they didn't have a clue! So I found Fox Automotive online and called them, Rachel was helpful and set up a date 3 days later! they fixed it in just a few hours! very good customer service fast and friendly and at a great price!!! We will be back!! they didn't try and price gouge us!!! Thanks so much!!!
