Our truck stopped in a high traffic area with a narrow road. The mechanic from Midas came over and immediately did a quick assessment and without hesitation added, Im calling a tow truck. It was before a huge holiday and was frank with the work needed to be done and how much time it would take. He also said he had a couple people ahead of us who were already in the que and had priority. I appreciate someone who knows what theyre doing, respects all his customers and gets the job done! The front desk technician understood the situation and was ready and willing to help with a gracious and understanding smile. You are straightforward, awesome and a good mechanic! Further you can handle a stressful situation calmly. Thank you!

I drove down from Fairbanks & started having issues with my car's steering Midas got me right in an hour before they closed, no waiting! Despite the bad news of the problem with my car the woman that helped me was very polite and comforting Very helpful and knowledgeable!! knowledgeable I really appreciated the professionalism that her and the mechanic displayed while I was there!! Thank you Midas!!
