Not impressed. The employee who answered the phone seemed distracted and wasn't listening to what I said. Then said she would send me a referral to H&R Block. Thanks for wasting my time. I wish she had told me that 4 days earlier when I first inquired.

I get great fast service from Bassler and Redick CPA'S. Patty Paulson is awesome to work with. She is quick to help with any question I have. She is a professional I trust and would highly recommend her services. Over the last several years I have found Bassler and Redick CPAs'LLC service to be excellent at a reasonable price.

I contact Kort Redick to work on a proforma for my new business. 1 week later, she presented a very detailed and well thought out business plan with start-up budget, projections and monthly expenses vs income. Her promptness, hard work and willingness to go above and beyond is what is great about her firm.

I used to recommend this company but no longer do and would not use them again. Had taxes done by this company for several years and used to work primarily with staff member Karen Courtney who knew her stuff well, was very professional, and taught me quite a bit about Quickbooks. But then more and more I got bounced between other staff, some new and inexperienced, and each year watched the quality and communication decline, mistakes made here and there, and prices rise. I feel the services were too overpriced compare to others in town. Last year the owner stopped emailing tax documents and started to use Onvio document application which did not work very well. The owner blocked access to documents via onvio without notice or chance to download documents after she discontinued her services for me due to me challenging again the drastic rise in fees and asking for specific itemized invoice (they used charge per 15min interval, that disappeared from invoices as well). That just felt petty and so unprofessional. Also wanted to charge me $100 per paper copy and $125 per electronic copy of taxes per year (electronic copies can be emailed as in prior years). Lucky for me I found copies of previous annual taxes saved in email folder which they used to email to prior to using Onvio. I do not recommend this company.
