They closed before helping me, I was in line for 20 minutes and once it was my turn they just shut off the lights and closed the window.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and made me feel comfortable opening my new accounts at this branch location. They seemed well informed or the policies and protocol for each of the accounts. They took the time make sure I selected the best account fit for my finances.

Refused to open a guardianship account for disabled daughter because of no previous relationship with the bank. Refused to provide a written denial until demanded under ADA. Currently with compliance department so we know how to appropriately word it Bottom line not enough in it for them...no services for us! First National welcomed us with open arms! Very accommodating!
