Good clean rooms at a good price nice pool and hot tub bar was good there was some construction but it's not effecting the guests Rooms: Always clean

It's clean but also got a very dated sort of vibe. They are *kind of* in the process of reassembling furniture, I'm assuming for a more modern atmosphere. Two elevators on either end of the building, both very janky. They were down my entire stay. I was on the third floor. The food though is EXCELLENT! Despite being very expensive. The young people who work at the cafe/batista place have a judgy sort of self-righteous way of interacting with guests. There was a young dark haired gentleman working the front desk during my stay who was down to earth and very nice which I found refreshing. The pool, jacuzzi and 24 hour gym was pretty nice though! Rooms: Rooms are clean and the people who clean them are so friendly. Always got a smile and greeting upon passing.

Nice place, was undergoing a renovation but my room was updated and nice.

No star. The Polynesian worker told us at 8 am to get a hold of the barista to get coffee for the lobby. The manager has a stinky attitude n no one cleans up rooms. N the maintenance staff should clean up the yard. ith stay away from this place. N someone's vehicle is buried. Sucky staff. The Caucasian worker says come back at 230, we went there, said not till 3. We arrive at 3 n the African girl standing around, the white girl looks like she's scared of manager.
