        Used to be a great place to do my banking. Now it's such a pain. Trying to send funds to my SIL in TX via online transfers. Was able to get it done 2 months ago, now there are some kind of limits. Tried calling customer service and you can't speak with anyone local. You end up getting some co-op center and they are completely clueless. Extremely maddening

        True North FCU has a gem in Supervisor Salamasina, she is very knowledgeable and helpful every time I got to true north. She has taken her time in several cases helping to asset me with difficult problems and questions I had. She goes beyond the Call of Duty and me being a member for more then 6+ highly appreciates her. Keep doing a great job Salamaina !

Our Member Contact Center staff are located in Anchorage and confident they can assist you in finding the safest and most expeditious way to complete your request. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you directly! You may call us at (907) 523-4700 (select option 4 to speak to a representative, then option 1) during business hours.Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:30pmSaturday 9:00am-5:30pm The Co-Op Shared Branch network allows members of one credit union to perform a range of transactions at another credit union.
