Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

Going to retract my comment I posted earlier about 6 days ago. I get a call from Wells Fargo stating that I still haven’t been able identify myself or proof of where I live now. I turned in two forms of utility bills 6 days ago. The guy on the phone says it takes 1 business day to receive but it’s been 6. I thought the banker was honest and able to submit my documents now I’m not quite sure.

Dude, literally, answer your phones. For days....... nothing. Also, left work early to do some banking at the Huffman branch and it was closed 15 minutes early on a Tuesday. Seriously, get it together.

I do not go the Wells Fargo often. I went for the foreign money exchange. I was told that it would be 2 to 4 days. Not much of a service. Asked why that did not have Mexican Pesos on hand. Asked why. Was told due to covid and germs. Not the teller's fault was probably told to say this. But this is just a bald faced lie. In light of the several recent customer cheating scams I wonder how they remain open.
