        I would give one star if I could. The lines are long and the staff is untrained. Between calling to correct their mistakes, being on hold for literally hours and wasting my time in the lobby, I don't think there is a worse bank out there. definitely moving my money to somewhere else.

        I got robbed to swipe my debit card in Colombia for $600 by gunpoint, and Global wouldn't reveserse the payment because "threats of physical harm do not qualify for refunds"

        Terrible financial institution. I travel overseas for vacation and can not access my account. What kind of financial institution blocks their members from accessing their funds while out of the country? What a joke! Do better global/AK usa!
