        Dave as Mayor, what proposal is possible for the current influx of Canadian homeless, both driving in, and flying in, that aren't actually homeless at all. Many are receiving paychecks in their names, being sent their family's, addresses, and banks in Canada. Many are listed as being on job at remote sites, but in reality they are here posing as homeless and working in organized groups. Tec- Amico are the only Corp our team from here has found, but we are assuming there are others. Much of the squalor that is visible to citizens and tourists alike is that groups doing. We of Providence Covenants believe that an investigation into this is necessary. As of today 900 new homeless from out of state have arrived. Sources within that group indicate 2000 is expected.
