She provided excellent recommendations for contractors on many projects we needed to complete before listing or final sale. She's knowledgable about the market and her positive attitude made a big difference in getting through obstacles (like septic failure; earthquake damage) to reach a successful sale.

Working with Laura was an absolute pleasure. I am a mortgage lender and work with lots of realtors. Some are very difficult, but Laura made sure that all assets of the transaction were taken care of in a timely manor. She does it with a high level of professionalism too. Laura was amazing in helping me sell my house! She made it look easy when I thought it would be a headache. She took care of everything throughout the process. This review is being written from the viewpoint of an industry associate and not a customer. That being said, as both a real estate agent and the owner of a real estate photography business, I can attest that Laura is one of the most professional and competent Realtors in the Anchorage market. She has won the respect of the Anchorage real estate industry and is a consistent top sales producer. Though many other Realtors that I deal with professionally have expressed jealousy at Laura's success, I have never heard a negative word spoken about her! Laura's professionalism shows in each and every listing that she puts on the market. Careful attention to detail, meticulous planning, and market research in order to bring out the best in each home prior to listing them on the market are Laura's professional trademarks. On top of all of that she is pleasant to deal with! Through speaking with homeowners and clients that she has worked with I can gather that she has a very strong referral business. This means that she has the respect of many past satisfied home sellers and buyers. Laura also deals with many clients in the upper end of the housing market. This illustrates that she has the responsibility, market knowledge, and negotiating skills needed to protect her clients' substantial property investments, which can often be some of their largest financial interests. Whether one is buying or selling a home in Anchorage, Laura Halverson is always on the front of my list for Realtor suggestions.
