Ben and his crew were extremely responsive. They cleared our roof within 2 or 3 days of contacting them. Whats more impressive is that they cleared the roof while the temperature was -2 degrees.

Fantastic customer service! With our record snowfall this year, our furnace intake vent appeared to be blocked causing our furnace to be inoperable during a stretch of sub-zero temps. I called Reds and actually spoke to a friendly human, not a voicemail like so many others I had called. After explaining our situation, they said they would try to get to us that same day after finishing a similar job elsewhere. Just as promised, they arrived later that evening. The crew were friendly and professional after what had be an extremely long and frigidly cold work day. They looked at our furnace as well as looking on Google Maps to see where our vents were placed on the roof. It was determined that snow was not the problem. They offered to go ahead and clear the vents we have, but it would not help our furnace issue. They even called us back a bit later that evening with some other suggestions to get our furnace issue resolved. While we didnt have them get on our roof to remove any snow, I would definitely call them again for any future needs! It was refreshing to have such great snd honest service.

Fantastic job from start to finish. Shoveled roof, moved snow to my yard and Cleared my walkway. Diagnosed what was causing my garage leak and will schedule those repairs w Reds Roofing and Renovations. Cost was very fair, you want professionals to clear snow. I highly recommend. Pay a pro! Fabulous customer service.

Quick, efficient, friendly, and came in under their own bid to shovel the roof and clear the snow. We would hire Ben and his team again in a heartbeat.
