I came in today to get some new lights for my car in the Eagle River location. The employee Cameron went above and beyond helping me out, including coming out to my car to double check what bulb I needed (because I certainly did not know). In the end, he even helped me change it. Super helpful and respectful! Great employee and service. :)

Great customer service! I walked in, and they greeted me and asked me what I needed. Not 5 minutes later, I walked right back out with what I wanted. Service was quick, easy, and friendly. Plus, there is a military discount for an extra bonus. :)

This place has all the odd stuff you need. There is practically no business discount, so I only go here for the stuff you'd normally get off Amazon. Kinda crazy, but it's been that way for years. I'd give 5 stars if they even pretended to give a business discount, but they do not.

On 1/28/2024, -9 temps and snowing. I went to Auto Zone to have my battery checked. Bob came out to my truck to test it for me. I did indeed need a battery since mine was 7 years old. Bob was very helpful on finding me the right battery and going over the warrantee with me. After purchasing the battery, Teddy came out and installed it for me. One of my connections was corroded and rusting. It took time to take it off. All he had on was rubber gloves. (Again, it was only -9 degrees out). After installing, they tested my alternator to make sure that wasn't draining the battery. Even though the weather was terrible they were friendly, helpful and courteous. On 2/5/2024, I went back to get my son a new battery. This time it was Joshua that helped me. We purchased the battery. Joshua was so friendly. Because I am in the military family, he thanked me for my service. He carried the battery to my car and twice thank me for coming there stating, there are more than one parts store and I choose them. When I brought the core back Joshua stated he had taken out the $22.00 core return credit. When I got home, I immediately got a call from Joshua stating he made an error and had not credited me the $22.00. He said with all the batteries he has been doing due the long cold snap he thought mine was one that he had done. He did not have to call me. This shows me honesty. We got the matter taking care of and all he could do is apologize. If you want great over the top friendly service, I highly recommend Auto Zone in Eagle River. I have worked customer service all my life and these folks know what customer service is. Thank you for a great experience.
