Sat in the drive thru while they miss charged me twice then refunded me, to then inform me they undercharged me. Then after informing them of my correct order of a western burger, I drove back to the office to eat my meal to see this mess with some unidentifiable white stuff covering ever inch.

The girl at the drive thru was very nice and polite both at the speaker and at the window. Everything I ordered was in the bag, they almost forgot the drinks at the end, but that was quickly taken care of and they were apologetic. It was not a big deal as I was still at the window. This was my first time coming to this restaurant and I was very pleased.

Although workers were trying their best, J&D restaurants need to fix their problems... 45 min. In the drive through,... 3 employees and needing to hire more. We made the suggestion that they close the lobby and just do the window. Also J&D restaurants you need to plow the drive way!! All in all your Carls Jr in Eagle river is a failure!! We counted 3 cars leave due to the long wait!! Come on J&D give your managers control and authority to get things done! If it means shutting the lobby down till things get under control, so be it, or you come in to the restaurants and help out! If you can't handle the franchise then sell them!!
