2020 The Keira Dreher went above and beyond the call of duty to sell our home! We had a short period of time to sell our home, as we were moving out of Alaska quickly. Keira personally walked through our home making recommendations. We followed her every word. Her recommendations allowed us to really highlight the best features the home had to offer to a new buyer. She and her team used a ton of social media websites to market our home. Her top notch photographer(s) were able to really capture our hard work and beauty of every square foot of our home. Which is so important during this COVID-19 time, since people are reluctant to visit a home that does not show well on the internet. The photographer worked quickly, allowing Keira to put the home on the market within days of hiring her and her team. There were even times her team and herself, went out of their way to drop us paperwork at our home just to assist us with our rushes RNs frame. Keira is a wonderful Realtor to work with! She was very attentive to my husband and my needs as we navigated the purchase of property in Alaska. She took the time to support us and answer any questions that we had during the process. She even went and walked wet property in the rain with me to make sure I understood all the terms and conditions of the sale and HOA so we could determine if it was the right lot for my husband and I. The purchase experience and paperwork went smoothly working with Keira and her team and I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to purchase or sell property in Alaska.

We have been looking for over a year for our forever home. Keira and Kelsey showed at least 25 homes over that time and patiently allowed us to take our time to find the perfect home. There were times where wanted to settle on a home that they knew wasn't what we really wanted and they helped us be patient for the perfect home. We always felt like they were in our corner and wanted us to be happy and find what we really wanted. Ms Dreher and her team were nothing short of amazing. My wife and I are both are Active Duty military and are in the lower 48. We were so nervous about selling our home but Ms Dreher took care of everything. The words that Im typing will never do her Justice to express how grateful my family and I are for everything she did for us. Our home received offers before it went on the market and we were closing within a month of it being listed. 10/10 Id recommend Ms Dreher and work with her again.
