Eric is my new favorite person in Alaska! As a military guy, we don't get a lot of free time, so when the generator to the RV was acting up, we called everyone in Anchorage that we could think of. After about 15 or 20 phone calls, someone finally recommended Eric. He was able to squeeze us in on a same day phone call appointment. His home is his shop and one could see the number of people "in line" using his services, yet he was kind enough to at least "take a look at it". He pulled off the cover, tried to start the generator, and immediately heard something that triggered him to say, "sounds like a leak in the fuel line". He crawled up under and in less than 5 minutes had it diagnosed. He then went into the garage, came back with the tools and materials, and if it weren't for me talking his head off, would have had it fixed in 15 minutes. Then he took the time to teach us a couple of pointers. He took credit card payment and sent me off with a receipt and a working generator that bested several local shop quotes, and saved me more than $1600. Thank you Eric!

I can't vouch for their mechanical skills as we didn't get that far, but their customer service is ROUGH! I contacted the number on Google and was told to swing by the business and drop off the snow blower between 10 AM-6 PM the next day. The website corroborated these hours of operation. I showed up a little after 1 PM and was met by a man who seemed surprised by my presence. He asked if I had called and I confirmed that I had called the day before and did what I was instructed to do. He pushed backed against my response. He left me standing in the cold and closed the door to go speak with someone. An older man later opened the door and the first thing he told me was that "I had wasted my time." He was correct! I had driven all the way from Anchorage to Eagle River over my lunch break from work to drop off my snow blower for repair. Neither man offered me any options to drop off the snow blower or anything of the sort. They were simply rude and dismissive. I cannot recommend this business and would suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, trouble, and inconvenience.
