        Was a little bit disappointed when I showed up for my appointment just to be told the tires never made it to the shop and had to reschedule the appointment. Clear communication is important and it appears that was lacking here. Procedures should be in place the day before to verify any tires coming from their warehouse actually arrive for upcoming appointments...

        Avoid that place. Guy told me that they cant fix my tire unless I take it out from the truck and bring it by myself - LOL. Its winter in Alaska and you ask ME to lift my truck by myself, detach the wheel and bring it to you?? Are you insane?? I went to other place and it was done in 15 minutes and they THANKED me for coming.

        I had a pretty big tire issue with my motorhome, they were super helpful, fantastic service and was willing to go out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. To top it off, they had fantastic prices of the new tires they sold me. Fast forward 4 years and once again Alaska tire service goes waaay above and beyond in customer service. I had forgotten my wallet at home and was changing over to winter tires on my suburban plow truck. The counter girl allowed me to PayPal her the money and she paid for the tire changeover. Nobody does that anymore but Alaska tire service. Amazing job yet again guys!

      Hey Cezary, we apologize for not being able to provide service for your vehicle's tires. It appears that the tires in question were not compatible with your vehicle due to their smaller size and lower load rating compared to the manufacturer's recommendations. As a result, we were unable to reinstall them on your vehicle due to company liability concerns regarding safety. To assist you promptly, we offered alternatives such as having you remove the tire and bring it to us for repair, or aiding in bolting on your spare while we fix the tire for you to reinstall afterward. However, if this option was not adequately communicated or if there was any confusion, we sincerely apologize!
