        Where do I begin?? From initial walkthrough to the final move out inspection. Nikki, the entire office staff, maintenance staff, everyone has been extremely professional, helpful and responsive to any and all requests we have had. These are older buildings but the preventive maintenance provided and constant attention to detail make them extremely comfortable, and in Alaska at -37 degrees that's saying a lot. We had three very minor maintenance issues that they addressed immediately, addressed and resolved. Little things made it so nice here. Not a large area in the front to pile snow, but call the office, push the snow out into the street and they'll send someone to move it for you. Small example of why we've recommended these apartments to friends and colleagues several times. If I have to provide a negative comment, it would be that the heated garage only heats to 25 degrees. Hard to work out there in the winter so maybe 45 would be better. But when it's -35 outside, I admit, 25 above seems pretty okay for the car.
