        The 24 hour express gym does not offer towels for showering or yoga mats in the studio.

        The equipment is beyond old. Two of us were on 4 different cardio machines and had to move because they were not working properly. One shut down completely!!! I have written on board to have them fixed but nothing happens! I get the Alaska Club east got a new make over but it would be nice if West could get some updated cardio equipment!

        My days are super busy with work, kids, and activities - the AK Club's zoom workout for Group Power fits with my schedule and the trainers are AMAZING. I feel energized and productive without feeling like it's adding to my hectic day.
