        Both of my trucks got totaled in August 2023 jokulhaups flood. Classic Collision didn't do any body work but the locals working there were very helpful and accessible. Even helping us find a rental car in town when there were zero available. Very pleasant to deal with!

        We have not had the use of our car for over three months now. It was in an accident at the beginning of May, Classic Collision could not even look at it for an estimate until the beginning of June, and it is now mid-August and they are saying they may be able to finish it by the END OF SEPTEMBER!!! I am recommending to my insurance company, USAA, that they remove Classic Collision from their list of vendors. I would not recommend Classic Collision to repair a wheelbarrow, let alone a car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will never fix your car.

        They can't find records of doing business with me because I wouldn't ever consider utilizing this business after the rude and unprofessionalism I experienced when asking for a quote. Their defensive public responses should give you a good peek of their integrity.
