Scummy. They have Bootlegger boot your car then direct you to the ATM because Bootlegger "only accepts cash". A racket to make money. Guess Wells Fargo is getting desperate.

I went to Wells Fargo on Seward today to cash out 15 Treasury Bonds that we bought for our son 30 years ago. Sam assisted me as well as the Branch Manager (maybe Kaitlyn?). Both were very professional and helpful. Its a big, complicated job to deal with these bonds and they did a great job. Thanks so much!

Who ever makes the decisions regarding parking in the immediate area needs to get a grip on the reality of downtown. Instructing the security officers to boot all vehicles parked in employee parking AFTER HOURS and then charging them $200 to remove the boot is absolutely ridiculous and super scummy. Wells Fargo is just scamming the locals out of money and hurting the surrounding business that make the most money after 5pm. I will make sure to tell everyone to never work for or bank with Wells Fargo. On top of that I will suggest to any contract managers to never contract Bootlegger Security because they are supporting and helping Wells Fargo scam people and hurt local Juneau businesses.

I interviewed to work here with no banking experience. I did not like the vibe of the manager very unfriendly attitude, the district manager friendly but just the entire interview off topic. Prayers for those who are looking for experience and are doing things the correct way!

Took a long time in line because they left only one teller and a long merchant transaction ended up with 7 other customers in line. I assumed it was poor break management but it's worse - they needed two employees for an operation and so neglected the teller line for far too long.
