We rented two e-bikes from John during our port day in Juneau and had a fantastic time! He gave us several route recommendations based on our experience level. We ended up biking to the north end of Douglas Island, beautiful scenery and view of the glacier that you dont get from the visitors center. We always plan for rain in Alaska (especially during the beginning/end of the season) and Alaska never disappoints! As long as you come prepared with rain gear, youll have a blast! Highly recommend renting bikes to get out of the crowds in the city center/near the port. Cycle Alaska was also very flexible with us when we found out our ship would be getting into port an hour later than originally planned, fantastic customer service! Thank you!

Equipment worked great, even in the rain. Price is reasonable, audio tour was interesting. Would totally use again (maybe get some rain fenders for those mountain bikes, though - got a little more dirt up my nose than I would have liked . . . ;-)

Great customer service and support. They had the basics tuned on a hybrid analog bike tuned for a fun ride. Handle bar bag had all that I needed for a safe trip. Wish the lowest gears were available, but not crucial. Very enjoyable ride to Auk Bay Harbor. Thanks for the service.

Got the tandem for a ride to Mendenhall Glacier and it was perfect! Easy booking, seamless rental, amenity perks (snacks, map, and water), friendly and knowledgeable service, good price.
