        I'm rating this building from a purely architectural standpoint. It's a glass and metal building standing 8 stories tall in the heart of downtown Juneau. There is a strange discrepancy in the roof that lends the illusion the building may house a helicopter landing pad, however I've never witnessed evidence that this is actually the case. Brown likely wasn't the most flattering color option for the building, but it isn't overtly offensive and doesn't detract from the historic "splendor" of the Capitol building across the street. Overall, I would say it's one of the nicer modern "high rises" in Juneau, but its mediocrity often evades commemoration.
