White lady with curly hair was insanely rude, stand offish, and disrespectful. She talks with a very patronizing attitude and while people are with their departed she is obnoxiously loud outside of the viewing room chatting and laughing at high volumes. Someone who doesnt respect the unspoken boundaries of allowing people to have final moments with their loved ones in peace. Give her some sensitivity training.

Shawna helped answer some questions i had when i called and was very disarming and helpful. When I can start saving up to put my affairs in order I look forward in talking with her again to set that up and knock this off my to do list.

My BEST brother died recently & just by chance I decided to go to Alaskan memorial park funeral home & I'm sure glad that I did because if it wasn't 4 Shanda Walker steering me in the right direction on EVERYTHING I would've continued to be TOTALLY LOST on how to proceed on the LAST RESPECTS 4 my DEAR DEPARTED brother John Perkins!

I called with some concerns and questions which a Shawna (?) answered. She was very professional and polite. Everyone i have spoken with went out of their way to say something great about her, plus she has a great smile. I think she represents this company well. Once I set my affairs in order to spare my family the hardship I am definitely giving them my business. A morbid affair, Ms. Shawna no doubt will breeze me through. I observe a lot of people and my instincts say she isn't just a warm smile but someone who sees her job as a solid career, or atleast treats it as such by the way she treats me. Thank you Shawna- i apologize if I am misspelling your name. Because of you I will advise my daughters to follow suit when putting their affairs in order.
