The care I received from Dr. Lam was excellent. First, it was very prompt. I called with a very painful heel and he treated me the next day. Second, he took an entire hour to explain why my feet were hurting and how to treat them. His manner is very gentle and sweet. Third, his advice and treatment were effective: he provided me instant relief from my pain.

My daughter was complaining about her ankle is hurting. I called Dr Lam for advise. Dr Lam not only be able to let us coming in on last minute notice and also answer our questions, diagnose her condition AND follow up the next day to make sure shes getting better and well rest her foot. I visited Dr Lam at his Southeast Foot and Ankle center (sefac) office over the years. We have a very good understanding on managing my diabetes. Over the last weekend, I visited my family in Ketchikan and end up hurting my foot (ankle). I called Dr Lam and was lucky enough to see him at his Ketchikan office.
