We went through Sunshine at Latitude 58 when we bought our condo five years ago, and then again to sell it in July. We chose to go through Sunshine for the selling process because we had such a positive experience working with her and her team when we bought our condo, and Sunshine and Claire met and exceeded our expectations regarding selling. KimBee is helpful and upfront! I was referred to her because she is known for being a solid person and responsive. People were correct and I'm glad I connected with her. She advocated for me when the owners of the place i was renting were not playing fairly. I would and do recommend people to her.
